This role is responsible for preparing, facilitating, and evaluating training programs that build competency in tool use, workmanship, workplace organization, and process compliance. The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and instructional experience to help prepare participants for success in precision-driven assembly environments. This position requires shift flexibility and the ability to work days, nights or weekends as needed. \nKey Responsibilities \nDeliver structured training sessions covering: \nBasic use of hand tools and measurement instruments. \nProper interpretation and execution of written assembly instructions. \nApplication of 6S workplace organization principles. \nMetric-to-standard conversions and accurate documentation. \nWorkmanship standards and quality assurance practices. \nCalibration awareness and its role in accuracy and compliance. \nTorque application, bonding, surface preparation, and adhesive mixing. \nProvide demonstrations, guided practice, and competency assessments. \nAdapt training delivery to diverse learning styles and skill levels. \nDevelop and maintain training materials, lesson plans, and visual aids. \nReinforce industry and organizational standards for safety, precision, and product quality. \nEvaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback. \nCollaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to align training with operational requirements. \nQualifications \nHigh School Diploma or equivalent \nMechanical or electrical experience in manufacturing, assembly, or related fields required. \nMinimum 1+ years proven teaching, training, or facilitation experience\nAbility to translate complex processes into clear, step-by-step instruction \nFamiliarity with workplace organization systems (6S/5S), quality standards, and basic measurement practices. \nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate learners. \nMilitary training experience is a plus. \nExperience with technical documentation, calibration practices, or aerospace/electronics assembly is highly desirable. \nSoft Skills \nHands-on, practical approach with attention to detail. \nStrong sense of accountability for accuracy, compliance, and quality. \nAbility to foster a culture of learning, safety, and continuous improvement. \nThis job description may not be inclusive to the duties and responsibilities listed.
