Our engineers and space scientists are on a mission to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by today’s five billion mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the billions who remain unconnected.\nSummary:\nThe Quality Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing methods to inspect, test, and evaluate the reliability of manufacturing processes, products, and production equipment.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nSupport to develop and implement/deploy quality inspection plans and checklist for receiving inspection, in process inspection, and final inspection\nSupport Material Review Boards, Failure Review Boards, ensure disposition of discrepant materials by the cross-functional team.\nSupport Root Cause and Corrective Actions with the cross functional team to identify discrepancy drivers and assist with the development and implementation of corrective actions.\nCollaborate with supplier quality engineers to facilitate root cause and corrective actions at the supplier regarding non-conforming and discrepant materials.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nInternship in a quality or engineering position\n1-2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related role, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry.\nThis job description may not be inclusive to the duties and responsibilities listed.
