This role is responsible for driving the successful delivery of network deployment initiatives, including gateway implementation, transport connectivity, network integration, activation, testing, and operational readiness activities.\nThe ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge with strong program leadership capabilities to coordinate cross-functional engineering, operations, vendor, and partner teams. This individual will oversee technical delivery teams, manage program risk, drive integration and readiness activities, and ensure alignment between deployment objectives and broader network strategy.\nAs a senior leader, you will serve as a key interface between engineering, operations, program management, and executive leadership while ensuring technical excellence, execution discipline, and network readiness across a rapidly evolving telecommunications environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn the portfolio of technical programs associated with gateway deployment, transport connectivity, network integration, and service activation across multiple markets\nEstablish and maintain technical delivery plans aligned with partner commitments, network deployment schedules, and strategic roadmap objectives\nResolve technical dependencies and trade-offs across radio access, transport, core network, gateway, and user equipment domains\nApprove technical delivery baselines, mitigation plans, recovery plans, and readiness milestones\nBuild, lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical project managers and delivery professionals\nEstablish quality standards for technical planning, testing evidence, documentation, reporting, and operational readiness reviews\nSupport recruitment, onboarding, development, and performance management of technical delivery personnel\nCoordinate end-to-end integration activities and functional testing efforts with engineering and validation teams\nEnsure technical readiness requirements are met for key deployment milestones, launch activities, and operational transitions\nSupport field trials, beta programs, system validation efforts, and service readiness activities\nLead deployment activities including site readiness, infrastructure implementation, equipment installation, activation, and operational handoff processes\nCoordinate equipment logistics, inventory management, vendor deliverables, and implementation schedules\nOversee technical delivery performance of contractors, vendors, and system integration partners\nPartner with program management teams to ensure technical execution remains aligned with business objectives and external commitments\nMonitor portfolio-level technical performance indicators, deployment metrics, and operational readiness measurements\nLead investigations and root-cause analysis efforts for complex technical issues spanning multiple technology domains\nPresent technical status, risks, mitigation strategies, and recovery plans to executive leadership and key stakeholders\nQualifications\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Network Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline\nMaster's degree in Telecommunications, Network Architecture, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred\nExperience:\nMinimum 12 years of experience in telecommunications engineering, network deployment, technical delivery, systems integration, or technical program management\nMinimum 5 years of leadership experience managing technical project, engineering, or delivery teams\nProven success delivering large-scale telecommunications infrastructure programs across multiple technology domains\nExperience managing complex multi-vendor environments and cross-functional technical organizations\nExperience supporting network deployment, service activation, integration, testing, and operational readiness initiatives\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience supporting satellite communications, next-generation wireless networks, or large-scale telecommunications infrastructure programs\nExperience working with mobile network operators, telecommunications service providers, equipment manufacturers, or systems integrators\nKnowledge of non-terrestrial network architectures and satellite-terrestrial integration concepts\nExperience with cloud-native networking technologies, virtualization platforms, and software-defined networking environments\nFamiliarity with telecommunications standards, network architecture documentation, and systems integration methodologies\nExperience supporting live network launches, field trials, beta programs, and large-scale operational deployments\nPMP, PgMP, or
