Employees may be assigned to work at any of AST SpaceMobile's four satellite production facilities located between Midland and Odessa, depending on business needs and team assignments.\nPosition Summary\nAST SpaceMobile is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support all warehouse and logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, material handling, packaging, and inventory accuracy. This role ensures materials and products are received, stored, tracked, packaged, and shipped accurately while supporting production and operational requirements.\nThe Warehouse Associate utilizes handheld scanners, computers, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications to process inventory transactions, fulfill customer and production requests, and maintain accurate inventory records. Inventory consists primarily of small aerospace-related components maintained in significant quantities.\nShift Schedules\nBase Pay: DOE\n 1st Shift - Days (If available)\nMonday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (4x10 schedule with paid lunch and breaks)\n 2nd Shift - Nights (If available)\nMonday-Thursday, 6:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. (4x10 schedule with 10% shift differential and paid lunch and breaks)\n 3rd Shift - Weekends (If available)\nFriday-Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (3x12 schedule with 20% shift differential and paid lunch and breaks)\nWhat you'll do:\nShipping & Receiving\nReceive, inspect, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documentation.\nProcess, package, and prepare outbound shipments according to customer and company requirements.\nCoordinate shipments with carriers and maintain shipping and receiving schedules.\nIdentify and report shortages, damaged goods, discrepancies, and incorrect shipments.\nInventory Control & Record Management\nAccurately maintain and track inventory using WMS, ERP systems, handheld scanners, and computers.\nMonitor quantity, type, and value of materials, equipment, and supplies.\nPerforming cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.\nResearch and resolve inventory discrepancies.\nMaintain accurate records of inventory transactions and warehouse activities.\nMonitor inventory levels and report shortages or concerns.\nOrder Fulfillment & Material Handling\nPick, sort, stage, bag, issue, and prepare materials for shipment or internal use.\nAccurately fulfill customer orders and internal production requests.\nVerify quantities, item numbers, lot numbers, serial numbers, and shipment details.\nEnsure orders are completed accurately and within established deadlines.\nPerform inventory relocations, stock replenishment, and bin transfers.\nPackaging & Logistics\nPackage products according to company standards and customer specifications.\nLabel, wrap, and secure shipments to prevent transportation damage.\nProcess delivery requests and maintain shipment status through completion.\nGenerate shipping documentation and complete shipping transactions.\nWarehouse Operations\nOrganize and maintain warehouse locations and storage areas.\nEnsure materials are properly labeled and stored.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\nSupport continuous improvement efforts and warehouse efficiency initiatives.\nSupport warehouse, logistics, and production activities as needed.\nEquipment Operation\nSafely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, lifting equipment, and packaging machinery.\nPerform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.\nMaintain forklift certification or obtain certification as required.\nSafety & Compliance\nFollow all company safety policies, procedures, and warehouse regulations.\nProperly utilize required PPE and safe lifting techniques.\nComply with inventory control, quality, and shipping procedures.\nParticipate in required safety meetings and training.\nRespond appropriately during emergency situations.\nAdditional Duties\nUtilize Microsoft Office, warehouse software, and inventory management systems effectively.\nPerform data entry and related administrative tasks.\nComplete other duties assigned by management.\nWhat you bring:\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\nValid Driver's License.\n0-1 year of warehouse, shipping and receiving, inventory, logistics, material handling, or related experience.\nU.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident Card Holder, or otherwise authorized to work for any employer.\nBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.\nAbility to use handheld scanners, tablets, laptops, and inventory systems.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nAbility to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.\nAbility to work independently and within a team environment.\nCommitment to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.\nExperience with Oracle and/or NetSuite.\nForklift certification or ability to become certified.\nExperience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, manufacturing, production, or distribution environments.\nPhysical Requirements & Work Environment\nAbility to
