This role is responsible for executing production processes, ensuring product quality, and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow standardized procedures while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPerform assembly, integration, and basic testing of mechanical and/or electronic components.\nFollow work instructions, engineering drawings, and production documentation accurately.\nOperate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment as required.\nInspect components and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.\nIdentify and report non-conformances or process deviations.\nMaintain accurate production records and documentation.\nSupport process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce defects.\nEnsure compliance with safety and company procedures.\nMaintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with workplace standards.\nQualifications\nEducation:\nRelevant studies or technical training in manufacturing, electronics, mechanics, or a related field.\nExperience:\nA minimum of 2 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or assembly environment. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience working in a regulated or high-quality manufacturing environment.\nFamiliarity with interpreting technical drawings.\nExperience using manufacturing tracking systems.\nPrevious experience working in controlled production environments.\nSoft Skills:\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nAbility to follow detailed instructions and standardized processes.\nProven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.\nStrong time-management skills and ability to meet production deadlines.\nHigh level of accountability and reliability.\nTechnology Stack:\nHand and power tools\nBasic measurement tools (calipers, multimeters, torque tools)\nMicrosoft Office Suite\nElectronic documentation systems\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to work in a production or manufacturing environment.\nManual dexterity required for handling tools and small components.\nAbility to perform repetitive tasks.\nAbility to wear required protective equipment.\nThis job description may not be inclusive to the duties and responsibilities listed.
