Our engineers and space scientists are on a mission to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by today’s five billion mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the billions who remain unconnected.\nPosition Overview\nWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Project Manager.Technical Project Manager will oversee project execution, coordinate with leadership and suppliers, and maintain integrated project plans for multiple initiatives.\n Key Responsibilities:\nLeads preparation, development, coordination, scheduling, and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.\nMaintains, analyzes and produces metrics related to project plans.\nConducts risk assessments, developing and documenting risk handling plans.\nDevelops, collects, coordinates and provides data and updates tasks to maintain status of programs, schedule and supplier commitments and compliance.\nCreates and provides reports on performance variances, project status, and change information to project team and leadership.\nCommunicates plan changes and recovery plans to ensure commitment to stakeholders.\n Qualifications\n Education:\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering\nExperience:\nA minimum of 3+ years in Project Management\nPreferred Qualifications: \nPMP or similar project management certifications\nExperience with Data Analytic tools (Tableau, PowerBI)\nKnowledge of AS9100 and other aerospace-specific quality standards\nSoft Skills:\nStrong presentation and communication skills\nAbility to manage complex, cross-functional environments\nAbility to work across multiple time zones with schedule flexibility\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nRisk Management\nContinuous Improvement Mindset\nTechnical Communication\nTechnology Stack:\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft project or any other project management tools.\n Physical Requirements\nAvailability to travel domestically and internationally\n Soft Skills:\nStrong presentation and communication skills\nAbility to manage complex, cross-functional environments\nAbility to work across multiple time zones with schedule flexibility\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nRisk Management\nContinuous Improvement Mindset\nTechnical Communication\nTechnology Stack:\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft project or any other project management tools.\n Physical Requirements\nAvailability to travel domestically and internationally\nThis job description may not be inclusive to the duties and responsibilities listed.
