The AIFC Expat Centre is looking for a proactive and client-focused professional to support the operation and development of the Investment Tax Residency Programme. The successful candidate will manage participant onboarding and administration, coordinate with government authorities and financial institutions, support programme development initiatives, and contribute to the promotion of the Programme among local and international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Manage applications and participant records throughout the Investment Tax Residency Programme lifecycle.

Conduct eligibility reviews, compliance checks, due diligence procedures, and source-of-funds verification.

Monitor participant investments and ensure ongoing compliance with Programme requirements.

Support decision-making processes related to granting, suspending, or revoking Investment Resident status.

Coordinate the work of the Investment Tax Residency Programme Committee.

Liaise with government authorities on matters related to immigration, tax residency, and Programme administration.

Coordinate the issuance of investor visas, residence permits, and tax residency certificates for Programme participants.

Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including AFSA, AIX, AIX CSD, brokers, financial institutions, and government agencies.

Support the development and enhancement of Programme-related policies, procedures, legal documentation, and operational processes.

Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and analytical materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Conduct market research and benchmarking to support Programme development and competitiveness.

Represent AIFC and the Programme at meetings, conferences, workshops, and industry events.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in International Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, client servicing, project management, business development, or a related area.

Experience working with clients, investors, financial services, government entities, or regulated industries is highly desirable.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience in market research, operational management, and process improvement.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

Fluency in English, Russian, and Kazakh.

High level of professionalism, responsibility, and attention to detail.
