Working within the strategic direction set by the Director, this role leads the implementation, refinement, and adoption of workplace environments that enhance collaboration, productivity, and employee experience, while supporting efficient space utilisation and operational outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nWorkplace Experience & Engagement\nSupport the development and execution of workplace user experience and strategies aligned with organisational priorities\nTranslate business and workforce needs into workplace concepts, programmes, and improvements\nContribute to medium- to long-term planning for workplace environments across campuses\nBusiness Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement\nBuild strong partnerships with business units, and other operational units in A*STAR to ensure workplace experience priorities are understood and resourced\nCo-develop workplace concepts and experience initiatives with stakeholders\nEngage operational units to ensure alignment between workplace design, services, and infrastructure\nChange Management & Adoption\nDesign and implement workplace experience initiatives that enhance productivity, collaboration, engagement, and wellbeing\nDrive adoption of new and refreshed workplaces through communication and engagement strategies\nEnsure workplace environments reflect organisational culture and evolving work patterns\nInsights, Performance & Continuous Improvement \nEstablish and manage workplace experience metrics -
