drawings, technical reports, specifications, and project documentation. \nParticipate in design reviews and provide technical recommendations for continuous improvement. \nWork with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and research partners to support project execution. \nConduct experiments, analyse results, and implement design improvements. \nEnsure engineering activities comply with project, quality, and safety requirements. \nContribute to innovation activities, including technology development, intellectual property, and knowledge sharing. \nJob Requirements\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. \nExperience\nExperience in automation, robotics, machine design, or product development is an advantage. \nExperience in R&D, prototype development, or industrial projects will be an added advantage. \nTechnical Competencies\nMechanical design using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Siemens NX, AutoCAD). \nKnowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering drawings. \nBasic understanding of automation systems, robotics, sensors, and machine vision. \nFamiliarity with engineering testing and validation. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications. \nCore Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. \nGood communication and interpersonal skills. \nSelf-motivated with a willingness to learn new technologies. \nAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary
