You will be part of the team charged with the development of high precision motion systems required in automated machines tools for semiconductor industry. In this role, you are expected to perform the modelling, simulation and control of the motion control system to achieve coordinated motion for the complex equipment. The ability to model and analyse the system dynamics under the various operational scenario would also be a necessary part of the development process. In addition, hands-on experience with the implementation of digital control methods (with hardware in the loop) is required in order to achieve the real-time control of the motion system.
