infrastructure operations and projects.\nThis role complements the Central Procurement Unit by partnering Infrastructure Group stakeholders to facilitate smooth end-to-end procurement and contract management processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nServe as the primary point of contact for procurement and contract-related matters within Infrastructure Group.\nPartner with stakeholders to plan procurement requirements, advise on appropriate procurement approaches, and ensure timely submission of procurement requests.\nCoordinate with the Central Procurement Unit, Finance, and project teams to facilitate efficient procurement processes and contract administration.\nReview procurement submissions to ensure completeness, quality, and compliance with organisational policies and governance requirements.\nMonitor procurement pipelines, contract renewals, and key milestones to support business continuity and project delivery.\nLead the end-to-end management of contracts, including contract formulation, execution, administration, variation management, renewals, and close-out.\nDevelop, review, and implement contract management policies, procedures, and standard operating processes to strengthen governance, compliance, and operational efficiency.\nEnsure procurement and contract administration are conducted in accordance with Government procurement policies, internal governance requirements, and applicable legislation.\nMaintain procurement and contract records, including the contract repository, dashboards, and management reports.\nIdentify and implement opportunities to streamline procurement and contract management processes and improve operational efficiency across Infrastructure Group.\nRequirements\nDegree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.\nRelevant experience in procurement, contract management, project coordination, facilities management, or infrastructure-related functions.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.\nGood understanding of procurement governance and contract management principles.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work
