of next-generation AI technologies, including foundation models, multimodal learning systems, scientific machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI systems that accelerate scientific discovery and translate research innovations into real-world impact.\nKey Responsibilities\nResearch & Innovation\nDevelop AI models and platforms that accelerate discovery in healthcare, life sciences, and biomedical research.\nAdvance foundation models that learn from large-scale biological, clinical, molecular, and scientific datasets.\nDevelop AI systems for:\nMulti-omics analysis\nDrug discovery and therapeutic development\nPrecision medicine\nBiomarker discovery\nDisease prediction and prognosis\nScientific knowledge extraction and reasoning\nBuild agentic AI systems capable of hypothesis generation, experiment design, scientific reasoning, and autonomous discovery.\nDevelop methodologies that integrate experimental data, simulations, scientific literature, and domain knowledge to support scientific decision-making and discovery.\nCollaborate with clinicians, biologists, healthcare researchers, and domain scientists to translate AI innovations into real-world applications.\nDrive the development of reusable AI platforms, foundation models, and scientific discovery systems.\nContribute to technology transfer, intellectual property generation, and commercialization opportunities.\nLead collaborations with academic institutions, healthcare organizations, government agencies, and industry partners.\nScientific Leadership\nPublish high-impact research in leading AI, machine learning, healthcare, and scientific journals and conferences.\nContribute to grant proposals, project planning, and strategic research initiatives.\nMentor junior researchers, engineers, and students.\nRepresent IHPC in collaborations with academic, healthcare, government, and industry partners.\nRequirements\nEssential\nPhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computational Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.\nStrong track record in AI/ML research demonstrated through publications, patents, or impactful projects.\nStrong programming skills in Python and modern machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.\nExperience developing and evaluating machine learning and deep learning models.\nExperience working with large-scale datasets and computational infrastructure.\nStrong interest in applying AI to scientific discovery, healthcare, and life science challenges.\nPreferred\nExperience in one or more of the following areas:Foundation Models for Science\nComputational Biology and Multi-Omics\nDrug Discovery and Molecular Modeling\nBiomedical
