Position
We're currently looking for a candidate for our client in the technology industry.
Senior/Lead QA responsible for test automation and software quality support within existing Scrum Teams. The role covers work on Agency Workspace and new AI-driven sales channel solutions. The person in this position will develop and maintain automated tests, support testing processes, and collaborate closely with development teams to ensure software quality.
Type of work: hybrid, 3 days in the office (Cracow)
Salary offered
1000 - 1200pln netto + VAT MD
You will be successful in this role if:
Proven experience as a Senior QA Engineer / Lead QA Engineer with a focus on test automation.
Strong knowledge of the Selenium framework.
Experience with Java programming (or Groovy) and understanding of software development best practices.
Experience designing and maintaining automated tests and test frameworks.
Understanding of QA processes, defect reporting, and Agile software development.
Ability to work in fast-paced and changing project environments.
Familiarity with AI coding assistants is a plus.
Knowledge of the Conductor workflow engine is welcome but not required.
Database expertise is not a key requirement; we are not looking for a database specialist.
Good command of English, both written and verbal.
Self-discipline, ownership, and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
Tasks waiting for you:
Designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts
Creating, maintaining, and improving test automation frameworks based on project requirements
Preparing and managing test suites, test scenarios, and test execution reports
Performing manual testing, identifying defects, and supporting troubleshooting activities across development and production environments
Monitoring testing processes and driving continuous improvements in QA practices
Collaborating with Agile/Scrum teams delivering Agency Workspace and Traveler Concierge products
Ensuring software quality through testing best practices and high engineering standards
Applying AI tools to support software development, testing, and delivery processes
Working closely with Scrum Teams, adapting to changing business priorities and project requirements
