This is a highly technical assignment where deep knowledge of the product’s architecture, behavior and development history is essential.\nIn this role, you will contribute to system design, software development, integration and verification activities, supporting a rapidly growing organization with demanding delivery timelines.\nResponsibilities\nSystem-level and software development for the RBS15 MPC platform\n\nDesign and implementation of test systems and test equipment for verification and validation\n\nContribute to product evolution, architecture decisions, and long-term technical strategy\n\nWork closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams across system, software, electronics and test\n\nTroubleshoot, analyze and resolve complex system issues\n\nSupport high-pace development and delivery phases with expert knowledge of the product\n\nQualifications\nExtensive experience in system and software development for complex embedded defense systems\n\nMust have prior hands-on experience with RBS15 product development\n(experience with this specific product line is required to succeed in the assignment)\n\nStrong background in test system development and hardware-software integration\n\nAbility to work in fast-moving, delivery-critical environments\n\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills\n\nFluent in Swedish and English\n\nAdditional Information\nSome assignments may require security vetting or specific citizenship depending on client needs.\nAbout Astek Sweden\nAstek is built on curiosity, technical passion and a commitment to innovation.
