We believe that our students' success also depends on strong bridges into employment, which is why we are actively growing our network of partnerships with airlines.\nOur identity is driven by a passionate, dynamic, and ambitious team committed to excellence in aviation training.\nWe offer modern facilities, a fleet of state-of-the-art aircraft, cutting-edge training resources, and a continuous focus on innovation and progress ensuring our students receive the highest standards of education and preparation for their careers.\nThe Role\nWe are looking for an Airlines Partnership Manager to structure and develop our commercial relationships with airlines, in order to create concrete bridges between our student pilots and the professional world.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop new commercial partnerships with airlines\nYou identify, prospect, and negotiate partnership agreements enabling Astonfly to offer airlines:\nAb-initio student labeling: selection for hiring of ab-initio airline pilot students training at Astonfly, through a labeling process by the airline at the start of the student's training program.\n\nDedicated, airline-funded training programs: setting up ab-initio airline pilot training pathways designed and financed by the partner airline to train its future pilots.\n\nRecruitment of pre-selected pilots: presenting pilot profiles pre-selected by Astonfly for the airline's recruitment campaigns.\n\nMaintain and grow relationships with Astonfly's partner airlines\nEnsure regular follow-up with existing partners and maintain their satisfaction.\n\nAct as the primary point of contact for partner airlines throughout the collaboration.\n\nIdentify opportunities to expand or renew partnership agreements.\n\nMonitor recruitment needs and training strategies across the airline industry.\n\nRequirements\nYou must have:\nProven experience in B2B business development, ideally within the aviation, airline, or training sector.\n\nExcellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term partnerships.\n\nKnowledge of the air transport sector and/or airline pilot training is a plus.\n\nAutonomous, rigorous, and entrepreneurial mindset, well suited to independent contractor work.\n\nFluent English required;
