Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing capable of structuring, leading, and executing Astonfly’s marketing strategy, with a strong focus on acquisition, content, and performance.\nReporting directly to senior management, you will play a key role in the school’s growth by increasing its visibility and generating qualified leads.\nYour mission: Build a high-performing marketing engine combining acquisition, content, and conversion, while structuring a team capable of delivering Astonfly’s premium brand image.\nKey Responsibilities\nMarketing Strategy & Acquisition\nDefine and lead the overall marketing strategy (branding, acquisition, conversion)\n\nDevelop acquisition channels (SEO, paid ads, social media, partnerships)\n\nOptimize performance (CPL, conversion rates, ROI)\n\nImplement dashboards and track KPIs\n\nWebsite Management & SEO (WordPress)\nManage and optimize the ASTONFLY website (WordPress)\n\nCreate, structure, and optimize pages (landing pages, funnels)\n\nDevelop organic search performance (technical SEO + content)\n\nMonitor performance (traffic, conversion, SEO rankings)\n\nContent Marketing & Production\nDefine the content strategy (social media, video, branding)\n\nOversee content production (videos, interviews, storytelling)\n\nBe able to produce or co-produce content (shooting, scripting, creative direction)\n\nEnsure brand consistency and premium positioning\n\nManagement & Organisation\nManage and develop:\n2 apprentices specialized in content creation\n\n1 Community & Events Coordinator\n\nOversee community, events, and Astonjob.com platform activities\n\nStructure processes (editorial planning, production, validation, distribution)\n\nSet priorities and ensure high-quality deliverables\n\nCross-functional Leadership & Collaboration\nWork closely with Sales and Admissions teams\n\nEnsure alignment between marketing, community, and acquisition efforts\n\nLead cross-functional projects (events, campaigns, partnerships)\n\nRequirements\nYou must have:\nA Master’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communication, or digital\n\nSignificant experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, growth, or content\n\nStrong expertise in WordPress (website management, SEO, content)\n\nProven experience in digital acquisition (SEO, paid ads, conversion optimization)\n\nExperience in content creation (especially video)\n\nExperience in team management (or strong leadership potential)\n\nExcellent writing skills in both French and English\n\nGood command of analytics tools (Google Analytics, dashboards, etc.)\n\nYou are also:\nAutonomous, well-structured, and results-oriented\n\nCreative, with a strong sensitivity to content and branding\n\nAble to manage multiple projects
