This is a full-time position and hybrid onsite in the DMV area.\nRoles and Responsibilities\nDesign and develop Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices\nLead the development and implementation of Salesforce projects, including configuring and customizing the platform\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze functional and technical requirements\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers\nPerform code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices\nIdentify and resolve technical issues and bugs\nStay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and new features, and provide recommendations on leveraging new functionality\nParticipate in system and integration testing, as well as user acceptance testing\nCreate and maintain technical documentation\nAdditional duties as assigned\nRequirements\n7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer/Architect\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field\nActive Salesforce certification\nExtensive experience customizing and configuring Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and declarative tools such as Process Builder and Workflow Rules\nStrong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits\nExperience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and ETL tools\nExperience with Salesforce CPQ and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus\nThe anticipated salary range for this position is $150,000-$190,000 annually. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, candidate skills and education, geographical location, certifications, and business needs, as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position and could fall outside of this range.
