The successful candidate will have knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, excellent organizational and communication skills, and working knowledge of Financial Systems and Excel.\n\nProcess incoming purchase order and non-purchase order invoices.\n\nRoute invoices for coding and approvals to various markets via workflow.\n\nProcess purchase order invoices ensuring a 3-way match.\n\nResolve purchase order/invoice pricing and quantity discrepancies with the Purchasing Manager/Markets.\n\nEnsure vendor remittances are current.\n\nProcess leasing, refunds, and programming uploads.\n\nProcess manual invoice requests within established service levels.\n\nProcess payment batches and check registers.\n\nResolve any customer inquiries in a timely manner.\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nWhat You Bring to the Table: \n2-3 years high volume accounts payable.\n\nExperience with Great Plains Financial Software and ReqLogic is preferred.\n\nDemonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\n\nExcellent customer service and organizational skills.\n\nAbility to work both independently and as part of a team; flexibility in dealing with assignments and in working on several projects simultaneously.\n\nEducation: High school diploma and Associates Degree in Accounting or Business Administration or relevant experience.\n\nWe're Proud to Offer a Comprehensive Benefits Package Including:\n\n401k retirement plan, with employer match\n\nInsurance options including: medical, dental, vision, life and STD insurance\n\nPaid Time Off/Vacation: Starting at 80 hours per year, and increases based on tenure with the organization\n\nFloating Holiday: 40 hours per year\n\nPaid Holidays: 7 days per year\n\nPaid Sick Leave: Astound allows a number of paid sick hours per calendar year and varies based on state and/or local laws\n\nTuition reimbursement program\n\nEmployee discount program\n\n*Benefits listed above are for regular full-time position\nBase Compensation: The base compensation range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr, plus opportunities for benefits.
