At Astound, we believe in creating astounding possibilities for everyone, everywhere.\nA Day in the Life of theThe mission of the Business Operations organization is to provide support services for the National Sales team via billing, project, and vendor management. Develop workflow continuity with our boundary partners to establish efficiencies by improving communication to minimize duplication. \nCollecting, and analyzing operational data to identify trends, generate reports, and inform decision-making.\nAnalyzing and optimizing existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing new procedures to enhance efficiency.\nFacilitating communication between different departments, resolving operational issues, and coordinating with stakeholders at all levels.\nCoordinate with outside sources to ensure submitted data reflects an accurate depiction of performance while making recommendations for process improvement for current and future metrics collection systems.\nProvide business analysis support and assist with business requirements documentation to ensure effective delivery of system and operational changes.\nEducates and promotes a culture of continuous improvement by partnering with process owners / champions to drive improved results.\nWhat you bring to the table:\nAbility to learn and retain new information and concepts quickly, including the operational understanding of telecommunications ordering/provisioning, billing/accounting processes, and general project management principles.\nMust have strong organizational skills and be excellent with details and follow-up.\nHigh competency in both verbal and written communications, interpersonal skills to interact effectively with different types of people and approaches, outgoing and proactive in order to accomplish tasks.\nFlexibility, ability to multitask and prioritize requests from several different sources without sacrificing quality of work, and ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.\nStrong computer literacy, with the ability to leverage technology associated with the job (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheets, Tableau).\nStrong data analytics experience on large-scale complicated datasets, including expertise in handling sales data such as pipeline, revenue, and churn.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis, process mapping, and business operation design.\nWe're Proud to Offer a Comprehensive Benefits Package Including:\n401k retirement plan, with employer match\n\nInsurance options including: medical, dental, vision, life and STD insurance\n\nPaid Time Off/Vacation: Starting at 80 hours per year, and increases based on tenure with the organization\n\nFloating Holiday: 40 hours per year\n\nPaid Holidays: 7 days per year\n\nPaid Sick Leave: Astound allows a number of paid sick hours per calendar year and varies based on state and/or local laws\n\nTuition reimbursement program\n\nEmployee discount program\n\n*Benefits listed above are for regular full-time position\nBase Salary: The base salary range for this position is $24 - $28 hourly. The base pay range represents the low and high end of the hiring range for this job.
