preparing deposits and posting payments.\nAssist with organizing and auditing RSR commissions; tracking attendance and payroll as needed.\nSeek opportunities with customers to enhance the company’s image; always set a positive example for peers by presenting a neat appearance and showing respect for our customers and their property.\nProvide accurate and efficient feedback to customer issues quickly and efficiently by improving personal technical knowledge and understanding of all services and equipment.\nReview and authorize corrections and crediting of customer accounts, including batches and adjustments (to be completed at the local level, in partnership with Retail Management).\nOther duties as assigned.\nWhat You Bring to the Table:\nEducation: High school diploma or equivalent\nExperience: 2-3 years’ experience at Astound in Retail or other Customer Service related functions\nPhone customer support/service related background.\nExhibits strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to customers, peers, and management.\nIs positive, pleasant, and respectful.\nBilingual skills a plus.\nFriendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing demeanor.\nDemonstrates a thorough knowledge of cable and data products and services.\nAbility to learn and retain new information and concepts quickly\nDemonstrates ability to diagnose and solve problems.\nExhibits the ability to follow direction and possesses the ability to follow through.\nDisplays proven good judgment and proactive decision-making skills.\nMust possess the ability to adapt to change.\nCable Television and/or Telecommunications industry experience preferred.\nEnsuring team maintains a neat appearance, shows respect to internal/external customers, and respect of customer property.\nMaintain, uphold, and audit PCI compliance.\nManage employee schedules to ensure proper store coverage while maximizing employee efficiency.\nMake recommendations for incentive programs that motivate the retail sales team to achieve monthly sales targets;
