Expect to:\nBuild and maintain containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes and hosted solutions\nArchitect cloud infrastructure on GCP and AWS with a focus on scalability, security and performance\nAutomate provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible\nDesign and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for fast, safe deployments\nImplement monitoring and logging frameworks with Prometheus, Cloud Logging and GCP Monitoring\nEmbed security and reliability into every layer - from IAM policies to deployment strategies.\nDefine deployment strategies across staging and production, including blue/green and rollback mechanisms.\nWrite clean, reusable scripts in Python and Bash to support automation and tooling.\nIntegrate service mesh technologies like Istio for traffic management and observability\nCollaborate with product and engineering teams to align infrastructure with business goals\nDocument systems and processes clearly to support scale and cross-team understanding\nContinuously improve reliability posture by identifying bottlenecks and driving incident response learnings.\nWhat Success Looks Like:\nOur environments are reproducible, observable and secure.\nProduct teams ship faster with NO infra bottlenecks.\nYou proactively surface reliability risks and solve them before they escalate.\nYou mentor junior engineers and elevate the team’s DevOps maturity.\nRequirements\nWe’re looking for curious minds who build with intent.
