recruitment, and absenteeism.\n\nLead and develop the HR team while maintaining confidentiality and accurate records.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\nTypically 3-7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.\n\nStrong experience across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and personnel administration.\n\nSound knowledge of applicable employment laws, social insurance requirements, and HR practices.\n\nProven ability to develop HR policies and manage sensitive employee matters fairly and confidentially.\n\nStrong leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.\n\nAbility to translate business needs into practical HR plans.\n\nStrong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.\n\nExcellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic for roles based in Egypt.\n\nExperience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a similar service industry is an
