Astranis designs, builds, and operates its satellites out of its 153,000 sq. ft. headquarters in Northern California, USA.\nRecruiting Coordinator Associate\nAs our Recruiting Coordinator Associate, you will report to our Recruiting Coordination, Team Lead and support the Coordination team. You will have the opportunity to learn about recruiting processes, systems, and policies.\nOur ideal candidate is an individual with an extremely high attention to detail, strong sense of pride in the quality of their work, great communication skills, and most importantly someone who understands the rapid pace of startups. This is a 12 week program minimum (5 days onsite) at our HQ in San Francisco at Pier 70 (located right by the Warriors stadium!).\nRole\nEnd-to-End Early Careers Ownership: Partner directly with hiring managers to drive all university and early talent hiring, managing job postings, candidate pipelines, and offer extensions.\nCandidate Experience & Onsite Hosting: Guide candidates through a high-touch interview process as the primary liaison for internal teams, while welcoming and hosting candidates in-office for both your pipelines and fellow coordinators.\nATS & Operational Integrity: Maintain strict data hygiene and documentation standards across the Applicant Tracking System to ensure reliable recruiting metrics and compliance.\n Process Optimization & Special Projects: Continuously evaluate workflows to elevate team efficiency and candidate experience, while supporting ad-hoc talent acquisition projects and campus events as needed.\nRequirements\nExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever, Greenhouse, or similar ATS)\nAbility to learn quickly\nSomeone who cares about doing an amazing job \nPerson who can’t leave text messages unread \nPositive attitude and eagerness to learn\nExperience with project management and demonstrated success in multi-tasking \nService-oriented with strong professionalism when communicating\nExtremely detail-oriented and responsive on Gmail and Slack \nBonus\nStrong knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or GSuite (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.)\nExperience with interview scheduling \nExperience building data visualization dashboards \nThe base salary for this position is $1,750 per week.\nBase Salary\n$1,750—$1,750 USD\nU.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status Required\n(To comply with U.S. Government space technology export regulations, applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the United States, or other protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3))\nOur mission and products are built for everyone, regardless of gender, race, creed, or background.
