Astranis designs, builds, and operates its satellites out of its 153,000 sq. ft. headquarters in Northern California, USA.\nTechnical Sourcer (Fixed Term)\nAs a Technical Sourcer at Astranis, you will be a specialized, data-driven sourcer that excels in the research, identification, and engagement of high-quality talent. You will partner with our recruiting and hiring teams to drive candidate pipelines, develop sourcing strategies, and bring new ideas to overcome our hiring challenges. \nThis role will be a fixed-term position until January 31, 2027 with the chance of conversion full-time. On a fixed-term employment you will receive full benefits and a base salary during your time working. \n Role\nDesign and execute scalable, top-of-funnel sourcing strategies and outreach campaigns.\nBuild and maintain consistent pipelines to support critical, high-impact hiring needs.\nLeverage data to optimize strategies and evaluate new tools to increase engagement effectiveness.\nCollect market data and build a robust network to increase Astranis's recruitment competitiveness.\nMaintain the ability to pivot quickly between technical disciplines and support diverse roles as business priorities shift.\n Proactively build and nurture diverse talent pools.\nRequirements\n 2-6+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth environments.\n A results-oriented sourcer who understands how to scale quality-focused talent strategies.\nStrong understanding of the technical landscape and competitive market.\nA self-driven problem solver with a strong desire to learn, grow, and challenge themselves.\nComfortable shifting focus between different engineering and production teams with ease.\nEffective spoken and written communication skills with an open-minded approach.\nBonus\nDiversity sourcing expertise.\nExperience sourcing hardware and/or production engineers.\nStartup experience.\nWhat we offer: \nAll our positions offer a compensation package that includes equity and robust benefits.\nBase pay is just one component of Astranis’s total rewards package.
