This role will connect business priorities with solutions enabled by artificial intelligence, data, automation, and approved digital capabilities.\nThe role will be responsible for identifying value opportunities, challenging current operating models, leading end-to-end redesign, and ensuring that new capabilities are sustainably adopted by teams.\nMain Responsibilities\nTranslate business priorities into concrete opportunities to transform processes, decisions, and experiences.\nBuild and prioritize a portfolio of initiatives, considering value, feasibility, risk, compliance, scalability, and adoption.\nMap journeys, roles, decisions, data, controls, and pain points to design simpler, more agile, and user-centered processes.\nLead hypotheses, prototypes, pilots, and tests with real users, documenting learnings and making evidence-based decisions.\nApply methodologies such as design thinking, Lean Startup, Agile, user research, and co-creation.\nDefine adoption, communication, training, and change management strategies to embed new ways of working.\nPromote the responsible use of artificial intelligence, ensuring human oversight, traceability, privacy, security, quality, and compliance.\nCoordinate with Business, IT, Data & AI, Digital, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Cybersecurity, HR, and other relevant functions.\nDefine criteria for scaling pilots, ensuring sustainability and promoting reusable solutions across functions or countries.\nKey Requirements\nUniversity degree in Business, Engineering, Health Sciences, Design, Technology, Economics, Marketing, or a related discipline.\nExperience in innovation, business transformation, process redesign, change management, digital solutions, or applied artificial intelligence.\nExperience leading portfolios, pilots, prototypes, and transformation projects in matrix environments.\nAbility to translate ambiguous challenges into clearly defined problems, hypotheses, value cases, requirements, and metrics.\nPractical knowledge of design thinking, Lean Startup, Agile, and project management.\nUnderstanding of responsible artificial intelligence, privacy, risk, traceability, and human oversight.\nExcellent communication, executive storytelling, and cross-functional influencing skills in Spanish and English.\nEntrepreneurial mindset, results orientation, learning agility, and a focus on simplification.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in the pharmaceutical industry, life sciences, healthcare, or HealthTech ecosystems.\nKnowledge of process mining, service design, operating model design, Lean/Six Sigma, or business architecture.\nExperience as a business product owner for digital, data, automation, or AI products.\nCertification in Agile, Change Management, Lean/Six Sigma, Product Management, or a related discipline.\nExperience managing vendors, budgets, business cases, communities of practice, or upskilling programs.\nPostgraduate degree or MBA in Innovation, Transformation, Strategy, AI, Organizational Design, or a related field.\nJoin AstraZeneca as an AI Process Transformation Lead and help shape the future of work through innovation, responsible artificial intelligence, and people-centered solutions across the Andean Cluster.\nTogether, we can create simpler, smarter, and more effective ways of working that generate sustainable value for our teams, our business, and the patients we serve.\nDate Posted\n21-oct-2026Closing Date\n30-oct-2026AstraZeneca embraces diversity and equality of opportunity.
