In this role, you will:\nBuild Agentic AI driven solutions that tackle scientific research problems. \nDevelop, test, and support Agentic tools for Genomics, Computational Pathology, Clinical Trials, etc. \nAutomate complex data analysis processes. \nIntroduce leading AI technologies applied to cancer research. \nEssential Requirements\nRelevant graduate degree: Computer Science, Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related quantitative field. \nExtensive applied experience in data science, machine learning, AI engineering, or relevant field. \nHands-on experience building Agentic AI systems. \nProgramming skills: Solid Python/R programming skills \nStrong experience in Unix/Linux and SQL databases; experience in Cloud computing (AWS, Azure). \nStrong experience in data science best practices and production ML deployment (model development, rigorous evaluation, and deployment to production pipelines, e.g. Databricks). \nStrong domain knowledge in clinical oncology: experience collaborating with clinical and scientific SMEs, and familiarity with clinical trial design and clinical vocabularies. \nDesirable:\nAI frameworks, such as Pydantic-AI, LangChain, etc. \nExperience in RAG, vector databases. \nAn understanding of LLMs / Foundation models technologies. \nExperience in at least one compiled programming language (e.g. any of C, Java, Go, Rust, etc.). \nNext Steps - Apply today!\nPlease complete the full application on our website at your earliest convenience.
