We are currently looking for an Associate Production Manager to join our Operations team at our largest UK campus in Macclesfield. This is a day role, Monday to Friday, no shifts.\nAccountabilities:\nAs an Associate Production Manager, you will work alongside existing Production Managers to gain proficiency in manufacturing processes such as formulation, manufacturing, filling, and packaging. You will also gain experience in supporting processes such as deviation management and implementation of Manufacturing Excellence. You will be responsible for driving the day-to-day performance of defined processes in terms of adherence to plan, operational standards, cost, asset, cGMP and safety (SHE).\nEssential Skills/Experience:\nExperience of GMP manufacturing\nA Science/Engineering degree, or relevant practical work experience\nPassionate about developing coaching and leadership skills\nPassion for continuous improvement and problem solving\nCan demonstrate the ability to successfully contribute to teams and/or lead others in a matrix environment e.g. in projects, team meetings or improvement work.\nAble to demonstrate activities undertaken in order to develop self.\nDesirable Skills/Experience:\nKnowledge and application of SHE principles.\nExperience of FDA / cGMP or other regulated quality system.\nExperience of working within a highly compliant or cGMP environment - Clean/sterile\nExperience within pharmaceutical operational or Chemistry/Micro based roles\nProven leadership and people development experience\nFamiliarity with digital platforms to improve performance\nExperience in implementing lean principles\nWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
