We’re on an exciting journey to pioneer the future of healthcare.\nABOUT THE ROLE\nJob Purpose:\nThe Brand Manager will play a critical role in executing the marketing strategy for Oncology portfolio in Libya, ensuring the development and implementation of high-quality, impactful marketing initiatives. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including HCP and Patient Marketing, Convention Planning, Promotional Speaker Training, Sales Communications, and Budget Management. The Brand Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic marketing efforts, enabling optimal patient identification and treatment across the patient journey.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and execute Oncology marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives, driving patient identification, access, and treatment outcomes.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful promotional initiatives and successful product launches based on scientific and market insights.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key external experts, and Oncology stakeholders to support brand growth.\nLead the planning and execution of congresses, scientific meetings, speaker programs, and other educational initiatives.\nCreate and manage high-quality promotional and marketing materials while ensuring compliance with medical, legal, and regulatory requirements.\nManage brand budgets, monitor ROI, and oversee vendor partnerships, contracts, and purchase orders to ensure efficient project delivery.\nAnalyze market dynamics, competitive activity, and stakeholder insights to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.\nSupport diagnostic strategy development and optimize companion/complementary diagnostic readiness for current and future Oncology products.\nDrive capability building through training programs, speaker development, and educational activities that enhance launch readiness and product knowledge.\nEnsure full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, governance standards, and confidentiality requirements across all marketing activities.\nJob Requirements:\nEssential Criteria:\nMinimum of 1 year of experience in a managerial position within a full-time Marketing position or a Marketing assignment, in the pharmaceutical industry, within multinational companies.\nProven track record of achievements in marketing.\nExperience in new product launches and demonstrated ability to drive successful market entries.\n A healthcare academic degree, ideally in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, pharmacy, medical degree).\nStrong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.\nScientific experience with the ability to engage in meaningful discussions with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), and industry experts.\nDemonstrated project management expertise.\nProficiency in both English and Arabic.\nFlexibility to travel as business needs require.\nStrong strategic thinking, creative problem-solving skills, and a focus on achieving results and customer satisfaction\nPreferred Criteria:\nExperience in the Specialty care such as Oncology, Hematology, or Rare Diseases is a plus.\nFamiliarity with digital marketing strategies and tools and leveraging digital tools in brand development and execution.\nPlease note that this position is based in Libya and is open to candidates willing to relocate.
