In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive analytics, dashboards, AI-enabled solutions, and transformation initiatives to strengthen decision-making, productivity, and business effectiveness.\nMain Responsibilities\nLead strategic and long-term planning across Commercial and Market Access.\nCoordinate PMO activities, governance forums, and strategic initiative tracking.\nTranslate customer, market, portfolio, and business insights into actionable recommendations.\nDevelop KPIs, dashboards, scenarios, and analytics to support decision-making.\nLead transformation projects and new ways of working.\nDrive the adoption of AI and digital tools to improve productivity and effectiveness.\nFacilitate collaboration and alignment across teams and senior stakeholders in a matrix environment.\nKey Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.\nExperience in strategy, planning, PMO, transformation, analytics, Commercial Excellence, Market Access, or related areas.\nExperience leading cross-functional projects and working with senior stakeholders.\nStrong analytical, communication, influencing, and project management skills.\nExperience with Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI-enabled solutions.\nAdvanced English proficiency.\nPreferred: Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Market Access, Commercial, Pricing & HEOR, regional strategy, or business transformation.\nWhy AstraZeneca?\nJoin a global organization where science, innovation, data, and new ways of working come together to transform patients’ lives.
