As Engineering Specialist - Asset Management, you will be the technical authority who turns complex equipment and systems into reliable, efficient, and compliant assets that power our manufacturing and supply network.\nReporting - to the Director Asset Management & Maintenance, you will connect day-to-day reliability and start-up readiness with long-term lifecycle value, using data, Lean thinking, and engineering judgement to reduce downtime, improve yield, and lower cost of ownership. Provides technical consultancy to stake-holders.\nManages and exe-cutes project activities from planning through implementation and provides functional expertise to project owners. Capable in managing small teams on need basis.\nIdentifies, evaluates, recommends and selects technical options to be adopted from global or industry standards and aligned with local business priorities and objectives\nKeeps own knowledge of the best -practices and new developments up to date\nTakes ownership in managing asset life cycle for equipment and engineering systems to guarantee performance, compliance, efficiency and optimised cost of ownership\nSupports “hands on” trouble shooting, collects data, runs analytics, and translates learning to standard operations.\nApplies and effectively drives problem solving attitude by using lean framework and data analytics\nGathers and analyses data related to establishing and maintaining business processes and procedures\nPrepares technical governance documentation and asset status reports, including but not limited to forecasting, ad-herence to key performance indicators, technical analytics, recommendations for improvement\nLeads preparations of investment applications, business -cases with short / long term value and benefits\nCo-ordinates resources within the operational teams, project teams or across site to drive value outcome\n· Ensure compliance of own work and work of others with cGMP, SHE- standards and local -regulations.\nSpecific Responsibilities/ Tasks\nTechnical Ownership: Serves as the technical owner for defined areas of process equipment and systems, providing lead expertise and consultancy to collaborators to optimize performance, efficiency and reliability.\nAsset Lifecycle Management: Own the lifecycle of equipment and engineering systems to guarantee performance, compliance, efficiency, and optimized cost of ownership.
