You will turn financial, market, and performance insight into clear choices on growth, investment, and resource allocation across an evolving portfolio of brands and lifecycle stages.\nReporting to the Head of Finance, CVRM, you will have visibility with senior leaders and the opportunity to influence strategy in a fast-moving therapeutic area. This role is ideal for a commercially minded finance leader who brings constructive challenges, creates alignment, and wants their insight to shape business performance.\nWhat You’ll Do\nYou will:\nShape commercial strategy: Advise brand and cross-functional leaders on growth, launch, lifecycle, and portfolio decisions.\nLead planning and performance: Direct sales and expense forecasting, scenario planning, and performance analysis; challenge assumptions and recommend action on risks and opportunities.\nGuide investment decisions: Build business cases and influence resource choices across rebates, lifecycle opportunities, capabilities, and organizational needs.\nInfluence senior leaders: Distill complex financial and commercial information into compelling recommendations, briefings, and forward-looking perspectives.\nStrengthen execution and stewardship: Set financial goals, support business-planning cycles, and maintain discipline across reporting, controls, SOX 404 compliance, and risk management.\nBuild better ways of working: Anticipate information needs and create scalable analytics, processes, and decision-support solutions.\nEssential Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.\n5+ years of progressive finance experience in a complex commercial organization, including partnership with senior leaders.\nStrong experience in FP&A, forecasting, performance management, investment evaluation, financial modeling, and governance.\nCommercial acumen and the ability to connect financial insight with business strategy.\nAbility to synthesize complexity into clear, decision-oriented recommendations and executive presentations.\nExecutive presence, sound judgment, and a track record of influencing across functions without direct authority.\nLearning agility, ownership, and the ability to navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and deadlines.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced business or finance qualification.\nExperience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or another complex commercial industry.\nKnowledge of CVRM and experience supporting brand, portfolio, or commercial Finance.\nPay Transparency\nThe annual base pay for this position could range from $185,000 - $220,000 USD Annual. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered include a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
