This is an opportunity for a highly organized, customer-focused professional to play a central role in delivering a seamless recruitment experience for candidates, Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders across the Americas.\nYou will combine strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills to coordinate recruitment activities, maintain accurate HR data, resolve questions, and identify smarter ways of working. You will also use leading HR technologies, including Workday and ServiceNow, to help simplify processes and deliver high-quality HR services.\nWhat you’ll do\nIn this role, you will:\nCoordinate recruitment activities: Schedule interviews, manage calendars, prepare job offers and contracts, and support candidates throughout the recruitment journey.\nDeliver exceptional service: Respond to questions, provide timely follow-up, and build trusted relationships with candidates, Talent Acquisition teams, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders.\nMaintain data quality: Perform quality checks on employee and candidate information in Workday and help ensure accurate, timely completion of new-hire data processes.\nUse HR technology effectively: Work with systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, telephony, and other digital tools to manage requests and deliver efficient solutions.\nSupport operational excellence: Follow established processes and service expectations while identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.\nImprove the way we work: Help simplify, standardize, and enhance recruitment processes, documentation, and technology usage.\nStrengthen team capability: Contribute to knowledge sharing, process documentation, and consistent practices that support business continuity and operational resilience.\nWhat you’ll bring\nWe are looking for someone who combines a strong service mindset with organization, curiosity, and a commitment to getting things right.\nEssential qualifications and experience\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or a related field.\nFluency in English and Portuguese.\nExperience in customer service, HR administration, recruitment coordination, or a related operational environment.\nStrong attention to detail and a consistent focus on accuracy and quality.\nExcellent organizational skills, including the ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and multiple stakeholders.\nA continuous-improvement mindset and confidence in identifying ways to make processes more effective.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nDesirable experience\nExperience working with Workday or ServiceNow.\nKnowledge of HR operations or Talent Acquisition processes.\nExperience supporting process improvement or documenting standard ways of working.\nFamiliarity with Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, or other digital and automation tools.\nExperience using AI tools to support HR processes and improve productivity.\nWhy AstraZeneca?\nAt AstraZeneca, you will join a talented, international team that is helping the organization operate smarter and serve patients better every day.
