The ideal candidate combines strong IT, cloud, and AI knowledge with excellent communication and coordination skills, and thrives on managing multiple projects independently.\nKey Responsibilities\nIT Budget & Financial Management\nLead the annual IT budget planning cycle, including forecasting, allocation, and alignment with business priorities\n\nManage budget execution and monitoring: track actuals vs. plan, analyze variances, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders\n\nDrive Cloud FinOps practices: monitor cloud spend, identifycost-optimization opportunities, and promote cost accountability across teams\n\nCoordinate the Mid-Term Plan (MTP) process for IT, consolidatinginputs and aligning with finance and business stakeholders\n\nProcurement & Vendor Management\nManage the end-to-end IT purchasingprocess, including purchase requests, approvals, PO tracking, and invoice reconciliation\n\nManage Outsourcing Service Provider (OSP) performance: define and track SLAs/KPIs, run regular performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement with vendors\n\nPMO & Portfolio Governance\nSupport ITBPs in running the PMO: project intake, prioritization, status tracking, and reporting\n\nSupport IT portfolio governance: maintainthe project portfolio, prepare governance meeting materials, track decisionsand follow-ups\n\nEnsure projects comply withgovernance standards, budgets, and timelines\n\nIT & AI Enablement for R&D\nPromote IT and AI tools across the R&D community: organize demos, training sessions, and awareness campaigns\n\nAct as a bridge between IT and R&D users, gathering feedback and driving adoption of digital and AI capabilities\n\nQualifications & Skills\nRequired:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field\n\nSolid knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and AI/GenAI tools and trends\n\nExperience in IT budget management, financial analysis, or Cloud FinOps\n\nExperience with procurement processes and vendor/OSP performance management\n\nFamiliarity with PMO practices and project portfolio governance\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills, able to work across IT, finance, business, and vendor teams\n\nHigh autonomy and strong self-motivation; able to work with minimal supervision\n\nProven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously\n\nPreferred:\nMaster's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance.\n\nAWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect)\n\nExperience in the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated environments\n\nInternational or cross-functional IT experience (e.g., IT internship or rotation programs)\n\nExperience supporting R&D or scientific user communities\n\nKey Competencies\nAnalytical thinking and financial acumen\n\nStakeholder management and influencing skills\n\nOrganizational and coordination excellence\n\nAdaptability in a fast-changing IT/AI landscape\n\nOwnership mindset and results orientation\n\nDate Posted\n24-8月-2026Closing Date\n29-11月-2026AstraZeneca embraces diversity and equality of opportunity.
