\n1-3 years relevant experience in one or more of: facilities operations, maintenance, safety/security, customer service, transportation, or technical services; \nValid driving license for site transport/vehicle operations where required; \nGood knowledge of safe driving and logistical practices; \nStrong written and verbal communication skills; \nProven ability to work collaboratively in a team; \nSound troubleshooting, decision-making, and organizational skills; \nAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently; \nGood computer literacy and experience using relevant digital systems/tools. \nDesirable:\nPrevious experience in facilities, security, customer service, similar operational support role; \nDegree-level qualification or professional certification in a related field (e.g. Facilities, Safety, Security, Transport, Customer Service); \nProject management experience or qualifications; \nPrior experience delivering customer service or technical services in regulated/research/business environments; \nFamiliarity with financial and vendor management processes; \nExperience supporting process improvement or change management initiatives.
