The intern will contribute to clinical-regulatory documents, interpret complex scientific data, and support AI-based Medical Writing initiatives that improve content development and workflow efficiency.\nKey Responsibilities\nCo-author clinical-regulatory documents within a program, ensuring relevant regulatory, technical, and quality standards are achieved.\nApply relevant processes and best practices to the development of clinical-regulatory documents.\nContribute to AI-based Medical Writing initiatives that facilitate the automation of content or tasks for process improvement.\nInterpret complex clinical data and information and condense it into clear, concise, and accurate messages that address information requirements.\nRequired Qualifications\nCurrently pursuing a PhD or a non-MBA Master’s Degree in Public Health, Pharmaceutical Science, Regulatory Science, Biological Science.\nMeeting the applicable graduation timeline requirements with an anticipated graduation date set for after August 2027. \nUS Work Authorization is required at time of application. Applicants must have work authorization that does not require future sponsorship.\nThis role will not be granting OPT support.\nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Word functions.\nStrong writing and editing ability, including the ability to summarize data.\nExperience with electronic document management systems is a plus.\nExperience with AI-assisted drafting and summarization tools is a plus.\nScientific or technical understanding.\nCritical-thinking and analytical skills.\nStrong communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to report on site to Boston-Seaport, MA 3 days a week.
