That means hiring people who bring structure, judgment, and honesty and who are energized by building something, not just running it.\nAbout the Role:\nAs a Project Manager within SaaS Delivery, you will own one or more individual workstreams within a larger customer program, including the plan, RAID log, meeting cadence, and status reporting for your area. You will work under an accountable Program Director who owns the program as a whole.\nYou will keep your workstream operating effectively by tracking actions, flagging slippage early, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks between Solution Engineering, testing, and Product Engineering.\nNot every program has a dedicated Project Manager. You will be assigned where a program’s size or complexity calls for dedicated support with workstream management. On a given program, you may be the only Project Manager working alongside a single Program Director, or one of several Project Managers supporting different workstreams within the same program.\nFollowing debut, you will become the customer’s day-to-day point of contact for post-go-live implementation needs within your workstream. This is distinct from the Support team, which manages product support issues. The Program Director will continue to own the overall customer relationship, including quarterly business reviews and ongoing relationship management.\nThis is a hands-on, meticulous role. You will be the person who knows exactly where your workstream stands, who is blocked, what is due, and what requires attention each week.\nYou will join a team that is scaling and still developing its delivery playbook. Part of this role will involve helping shape that playbook through the templates, checklists, and working practices you build into your delivery work.\nKey Responsibilities\nBuild and maintain the delivery plan, achievement tracker, and RAID log for assigned workstream(s) within a Program Director’s program.\nRun regular cadence calls and status meetings with customers and internal teams for assigned workstream(s).\nProduce clear and accurate status reporting for the Program Director.\nTrack actions, dependencies, and risks through to closure within assigned workstream(s).\nRaise issues early to the Program Director when something is off track.\nCoordinate day-to-day with Solution Engineers, testers, and Product Engineering to keep workstream(s) on schedule.\nMaintain accurate and current documentation, including plans, meeting notes, decision logs, configuration records, and change records.\nSupport hypercare close-out for assigned workstream(s), including tracking open items, coordinating fixes, and documenting lessons learned.\nServe as the customer’s day-to-day point of contact for post-go-live implementation needs within the assigned workstream.\nClearly and factually communicate delivery or product risks to the Program Director when blocking issue is required, rather than minimizing or delaying the issue.\nContribute to the delivery playbook by developing templates, checklists, and process improvements based on experience from live delivery work.\nSkills and Experience:\nDelivery and Implementation\nDemonstrable experience managing SaaS or software implementation projects, ideally involving enterprise platforms.\nExperience maintaining a live delivery plan and RAID log, with the ability to use judgment when deciding what requires critical issue.\nHighly organized and meticulous, with a strong focus on ensuring that actions and commitments do not slip through the cracks.\nExperience managing multiple projects or workstreams concurrently.\nCustomer and Collaborator Management\nExperience working with enterprise or regulated-industry customers, ideally within pharma, life sciences, healthcare, or a similar environment.\nClear and confident written and verbal presentation skills.\nComfortable leading customer-facing status calls and meetings.\nWillingness to surface bad news early rather than allowing issues to become more significant later.\nUnderstanding of where day-to-day workstream engagement ends and the dedicated Support team’s remit begins, with the ability to route issues appropriately.\nTechnical Literacy\nSufficient technical literacy to follow a data model, understand integration dependencies, and communicate effectively with engineers without requiring translation.\nComfortable using tools for delivery tracking, documentation, and reporting, including AI-assisted planning tools as part of everyday workflow.\nWays of Working\nBrings structure and rigor to ambiguous and fast-moving environments.\nUses AI tools as part of day-to-day project management, rather than as an afterthought.\nWorks effectively under the guidance of a Program Director while exercising independent judgment on smaller engagements.\nContributes to process and playbook development alongside live delivery responsibilities.\nEssential Requirements\nBachelor's Degree\nMinimum 5+ years of experience\nExperience managing SaaS or enterprise software implementation projects; experience limited to internal projects or waterfall project management within a single team is not sufficient.\nActive technical literacy, including the ability to engage effectively with technical teams and understand implementation dependencies.\nExperience in pharma, life sciences, healthcare, or another regulated enterprise environment.\nThis role is approved for remote working. The remote designation reflects the global nature of the customer portfolio and the expectation that meaningful, high-quality in-person engagement with customers is a core part of how this role operates, not an occasional addition to it.\nThe annual base pay for this position ranges from $136,514.40 - $204,771.60 USD Annual. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
