stakeholder management, problem-solving, prioritisation, and workshop facilitation.\nTechnical & Systems Understanding\nExperience working with complex, integrated IT systems.\nStrong understanding of how systems, data, integrations, and business processes interact to support operations.\nHands-On Delivery\nExperience collaborating directly with architects, developers, engineers, data specialists, IT support teams, and technology suppliers to shape solutions, resolve issues, and deliver practical outcomes.\nDelivery Lifecycle\nExperience supporting technology delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.\nDemonstrated experience in requirements refinement, testing support, UAT, defect management, and deployment readiness activities.\nRegulated Environment\nExperience working
