Carries out pay and benefit benchmarking in order to monitor the cost-effectiveness and competitiveness of the reward package. Supports cyclical processes within the performance compensation and benefits areas and contributes to system and policy reviews\nWhat youll do\nCarries out analysis of compensation and benefits data within the framework of the Global Reward Strategy.\nConduct and participate in internal and external; market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation structures in alignment with industry standards.\nReview develop and administer employee benefit programs including health insurance retirement plans and other benefits.\nSupport Reward Lead in the review and update reward policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and organizational goals.\nMaintain accurate compensation and benefits data in HR systems; ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.\nPrepare compensation and benefits reports for management analysing trends and making recommendations for improvements.\nEducate employees on compensation and benefits programs addressing inquiries and promoting understanding of total rewards.\nCollaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll including adjustments based on compensation changes and incentives.\nWork closely with Total Reward Lead and HR business partners to align reward strategies with talent acquisition performance management and employee engagement initiatives.\nEnsure all compensation and benefits practices adhere to relevant labor laws and regulations.\nCalculate and manage accruals for various compensation-related expenses such as end of service benefit bonuses commissions and other variable pay.\nCalculate and administer end-of-service benefits for departing employees ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.\nSupport the salary reviews and bonus administration processes during the RPD cycle including analyzing performance and market data to recommend adjustments in line with global guidelines while ensuring the consistent application of increases throughout the organization.\nOversee local pension plan administration including contributions compliance and communication to employees about their benefits.\nWork closely with People Service Team (PST) in consolidating audit related requirements and submitting to approved external audit provider.\nEssential for the role\nEducated to degree level with significant experience in delivering compensation practices within a large complex multinational company\nPossess expert knowledge of compensation and benefits policies and have managed contracts with third-party suppliers.\nDemonstrate well-developed interpersonal skills allowing me to engage influence and negotiate effectively with major stakeholders and internal clients.\nExperience with HRIS systems and possess strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making informed decisions combined with a keen attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data management.\n2-4 years of experience in compensation benefits administration or human resources\nDesirable for the role\nPost Graduate Qualification in Reward \nWhy AstraZeneca\nAt AstraZeneca were dedicated to being a Great Place to Work.
