We're building a centralized platform to manage all of these relationships,\ncontacts, and service data in one place.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild Workflow Automation\nDesign and implement automated workflows for partner onboarding, contact updates,\nservice renewals, and data lifecycle management\nCreate self-service tools that allow operations teams to perform bulk data operations\nwithout needing engineering support\nBuild automated alerting for stale data, missing information, or expiring service\nagreements\nDevelop Data Pipelines & Integrations\nBuild ETL pipelines that synchronize partner data across multiple internal systems\nAutomate the migration of legacy data from spreadsheets, wikis, and siloed\ndatabases into the centralized platform\nDevelop reconciliation scripts to detect discrepancies between systems and maintain\ndata consistency\nAutomate Operational Processes\nBuild tools that auto-retrieve relevant partner contacts during network incidents,\nreducing response time\nCreate automated escalation and outreach workflows triggered by network events\nDevelop runbook automation to standardize and speed up repetitive operational\ntasks\nMonitor & Report\nBuild dashboards tracking data quality, freshness, and platform adoption\nImplement automated health checks and audit scripts to detect duplicates, orphaned\nrecords, or incomplete entries\nCreate scheduled reports for leadership on automation ROI and data integrity metrics\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired:\n3+ years experience in automation engineering, data engineering\nStrong proficiency in Python\nExperience building and consuming APIs (REST and/or GraphQL)\nFamiliarity with SQL and data pipeline/ETL concepts\nExperience with job scheduling and orchestration tools (Airflow, cron, or similar)\nUnderstanding of data quality principles (validation, deduplication, reconciliation)\nComfortable working with large datasets across multiple source systems\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently\nPreferred:\nExperience with PHP or Hack (server-side scripting)\nFamiliarity with graph databases or relationship/entity management systems\nExperience with CRM, MDM (Master Data Management), or vendor management\nplatforms\nUnderstanding of network infrastructure concepts (ISPs, peering, colocation, Points\nof Presence)\nExperience with Thrift or similar RPC frameworks\nBackground in telecom, network operations, or infrastructure services\nExperience automating processes in a large-scale enterprise
