This role oversees the process of attracting and selecting the best candidates for a high growth tech company. The role is also responsible for developing the TA team.\nScope:\nDirects and controls the activities of a broad functional area through department managers within the company.\n\nWorks with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives.\n\nWorks on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires in-depth company knowledge.\n\nYour Roles and Responsibilities:\nWork collaboratively across the organization to build, lead, evolve, develop and drive talent acquisition philosophy, strategy, programs, and tools to support talent needs.\n\nFurther develop a TA structure that scales with business, anticipating growth and demands.\n\nEvaluate and improve the recruitment process from sourcing and testing new recruiting tools to tracking recruitment KPIs.\n\nEnhance the strength of our candidate funnel.\n\nCollaborate with HR peers, hiring managers and senior leaders in a productive way that manages expectations and keeps all parties to a hire engaged.\n\nLead and motivate TA team by developing productivity metrics, goals, and hiring process efficiencies.\n\nInspire, coach and mentor team members with continuous feedback and professional development plans.\n\nEducate leadership and the broader organization on best in class recruiting practices, building a culture of mutual investment and focus on talent acquisition.\n\nShare knowledge, strategy and direction to ensure valued partnership via ongoing training and market updates.\n\nSteer the use of external search firms and/or temporary staffing agencies to supplement internal recruiting efforts, including building and managing relationships to maximize the impact of collective efforts.\n\nBuild a compelling employee value proposition and brand in partnership with HR and marketing colleagues to drive amazing place to work messaging.\n\nLeverage data and insights to build effective relationships with business leaders.\n\nDrive alignment of the recruitment process with business needs.\n\nServe on and partner with the Leadership Team to act as a single point of contact for all things recruiting.\n\nAct as recruiting lead for strategic hires.\n\nOther duties as required. This list is not meant to be a comprehensive inventory of all responsibilities assigned to this position\n\nRequired Qualifications/Skills:\nBachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 10+ years’ related experience and/or training;
