The role also provides technical assistance to ensure the products are getting shipped with the right image. The person in this role works with cutting edge technology and pre-market consumer electronics.\nScope:\nFollows established procedures on routine work\nRequires detailed instructions \nYour Roles and Responsibilities:\nAssist with inventory and asset management including receipt and disposition of hardware\nDocument all defects of pre-mass production hardware and/or software\nHelp perform hardware reworks (e.g., swapping out boards/chips, removing write-protect screws, etc.)\nHelp perform software reworks (e.g., imaging devices to different builds; wipe data, rewrite system hardware ID’s, etc.)\nAssist with servo flashing, firmware upgrade, flashing unsigned images\nHelps in resolving support tickets on device issues\nHelp provide technical support during events (travel often required)\nOther duties as required. This list is not meant to be a comprehensive inventory of all responsibilities assigned to this position\nRequired Qualifications/Skills:\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) 0 to 2 years’ related experience and/or training;
