The role is responsible for maintaining continuous visibility, availability, and reliability of mission-critical mechanical, electrical, cooling, fire protection, and water systems through centralized monitoring platforms and structured operational processes.\nThe FOC Analyst serves as the first line of response for facility alarms and events, coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and regional stakeholders to ensure timely incident resolution and operational continuity.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Real-Time Infrastructure Monitoring\nPerform 24x7 monitoring of critical facility systems across global data centers, including:Electrical power systems\nMechanical systems\nHVAC and cooling infrastructure\nFire detection and suppression systems\nWater systems and supporting infrastructure\n\nContinuously monitor EPMS, BMS, DCIM, and centralized monitoring platforms.\nDetect abnormal operating conditions and alarms.\nAcknowledge and investigate alarms promptly.\nTrack incidents and issues through to closure.\nIdentify monitoring gaps and recommend improvements to monitoring coverage.\n2. Incident Response and Coordination\nProvide first-level incident triage and technical assessment.\nRespond to facility alarms and operational events in real time.\nExecute escalation procedures according to defined protocols.\nCoordinate with internal teams, site personnel, vendors, and regional stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.\nSupport major incident management activities for events such as:Utility power failures\nUPS and generator events\nCooling/HVAC failures\nFire alarm activations\nWater leakage events\nSecurity and environmental alerts\n\nMaintain end-to-end ownership of incidents until resolution.\n3. Ticket Management and Change Coordination\nCreate, update, and manage event tickets within established SLA targets.\nProcess work orders and monitor completion quality.\nTrack maintenance activities and change requests.\nSupport change management processes and ensure operational compliance.\nMaintain accurate records of facility maintenance activities and change windows.\n4. Compliance and Operational Governance\nMonitor and follow up on preventive maintenance activities and routine operational changes.\nReview technical documentation submitted by vendors and service providers, including:Method of Procedure (MOP)\nRisk Assessment (RA)\nStandard Operating Procedure (SOP)\n\nEnsure maintenance activities comply with operational standards and freeze-period requirements.\nSupport risk management and operational audit activities.\n5. Monitoring Platform and Data Administration\nMaintain monitoring platform master data and infrastructure records.\nEnsure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of asset and alarm information.\nSupport platform optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.\nMaintain facility logs, event records, and operational documentation.\n6. Reporting and Data Analysis\nAnalyze facility operational data and identify trends or recurring issues.\nPrepare operational reports and performance summaries.\nProvide recommendations to improve reliability and operational efficiency.\nMaintain records required for audit, compliance, and management reporting.\n7.
