The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a variety of network switches and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Experience with leading vendors such as Arista, Celestica, Cisco, Nvidia, or Accton is highly preferred.\nResponsibilities\n- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure across datacenter and NOC environments.\n- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues involving switches from multiple vendors (Arista, Celestica, Cisco, Nvidia, Accton).\n- Respond to incidents and outages quickly, providing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network outages and resolve issues.\n- Document network changes, incidents, and resolutions for knowledge sharing and compliance.\n- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring critical issues are addressed promptly.\n- Be a resource and provide guidance for fellow team members and peers.\nQualifications\n- 2+ years of NOC experience in a datacenter or large-scale network environment.\n- Strong knowledge of network switches and protocols (Ethernet, TCP/IP, VLANs, etc.).\n- Experience with network vendors: Arista, Celestica, Cisco, Nvidia, Accton (preferred).\n- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities.\n- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.\n- Strong communication and documentation skills.\n- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.\n- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\nPreferred Skills\nCertifications: CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent (a plus).\nKnowledge of datacenter best practices.\nAbility to multi-task issues and assignments.\nSalary Range\n$72,960.00 - $115,200.00 USD (Salary)Please note that the salary information provided herein is base pay only (gross); it does not include other forms of compensation which may or may not apply to this specific position, namely, performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives - none of which are guaranteed, may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, and are wholly within the discretion of Astreya to remit.\nFurther, the salary information noted above is a range that consists of a minimum and maximum rate of pay for this specific position.
