This position requires the ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to details.\nScope:\nApplies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues\n\nWorks on problems of moderate scope\n\nReceives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new projects\n\nYour Roles and Responsibilities:\nParticipate in implementation of various software services\n\nReview ticket requirements, reserving router interface, assigning patch panel demarcation, designing path, track FOC and DLR, requesting patching between equipment, and ordering cross-connects\n\nTrack milestones and proactively drive any activities that may jeopardize orders from completing on time\n\nProvide thorough and timely status throughout the entire implementation life cycle in the tracking system; including communicating vendor provisioning/install lead times\n\nDocument service requests, escalate as needed, and provide timely and accurate updates\n\nDesign, provision, and test delivered services to ensure quality hand-off to internal customers\n\nExpedite and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely delivery of services\n\nPrioritize projects, manage and direct activities to deliver connectivity within project schedule\n\nCommunicate and collaborate with internal customers, stakeholders and network carriers\n\nParticipate in metrics development and operational reporting/reviews\n\nSupport planned systems maintenance activity while minimizing impact to services\n\nRead and comprehend vendor specific requirements\n\nOther duties as required.
