Projects often involve network, server, or software implementation, upgrades and deployment. The role coordinates all implementation processes including asset management, resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints. Projects may vary in number, size and complexity.\n**This role is on site 5 days a week M-F**\nYour Roles and Responsibilities:\nCoordinate & schedule workforce for multiple vendors and multiple buildings, ensuring crews are deployed efficiently and site access/logistics are aligned.\n\nOwn daily production reports, completion rates and progress against project milestones.\n\nPerform on-site inspections of completed work, document deficiencies or non-conformances, and drive resolution with vendor teams to uphold project standards.\n\nServe as primary liaison with vendor POCs, lead daily coordination calls and escalate blockers.\n\nEnsure alignment between the client and vendors.\n\nValidate vendor invoices against completed/inspected work.\n\nMaintain accurate records and support closeout documentation as builds are complete.\n\nMaintain and monitor project plans and project schedules.\n\nGather and maintain project requirement lists.\n\nSchedule and coordinate project reviews and follow up on assigned actions.\n\nEffectively and accurately communicate status to the project team, including action items.\n\nAssist with identifying project issues and mitigate and escalate as needed.\n\nTake part in organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.\n\nCollaborate with various regional teams responsible for project resources and ticket resolution.\n\nAssist with daily monitoring of ticketing systems, reassign tickets when required.\n\nAssist with identifying trends or recurring problems and escalate appropriately.\n\nAssist with locating and defining new process improvement opportunities.\n\nDevelop and maintain knowledge and skills and keep up-to-date with new processes and procedures.\n\nWork closely with SDMs/Project Managers to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including assisting with identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and delivering actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.\n\nOther duties as required. This list is not meant to be a comprehensive inventory of all responsibilities assigned to this position\n\nRequired Qualifications/Skills:\nBachelor’s degree and 2 to 5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience\n\nBuilds productive internal and external working relationships\n\nUnderstanding of project management teams, resolving conflict, and meeting schedule timelines\n\nAbility to work on multiple projects and assignments concurrently\n\nSelf-starter who is able to quickly learn new tools and gain familiarity with new processes and technologies with minimal assistance\n\nExperience creating spreadsheets, presentation material, and project/process documentation\n\nStrong observational and analytical skills, including: ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information, strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to track and report metrics, and manage risks\n\nAbility to collaborate with stakeholders and communicate project updates to client executives.\n\nExperience working with the Google Suite\n\nExcellent Communication skills, both verbal and written\n\nPrevious experience with ticketing systems and/or project management system\n\nUnderstanding of or previous experience in a technology driven environment\n\nProactive attitude and dependable\n\nExcellent customer service skills\n\nAbility to work both within a team and independently\n\nAbility to use good judgment, as well as problem-solving and decision making skills\n\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and professional decorum\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nVarious certifications (PMP, PgMP, PfMP, PPM, CPD, CPMP, etc.)\n\nFamiliarity with various project management methodologies\n\nUnderstanding of the OSI model\n\nSalary Range\n$66,120.00 - $104,400.00 USD (Salary)Please note that the salary information provided herein is base pay only (gross); it does not include other forms of compensation which may or may not apply to this specific position, namely, performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives - none of which are guaranteed, may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, and are wholly within the discretion of Astreya to remit.\nFurther, the salary information noted above is a range that consists of a minimum and maximum rate of pay for this specific position.
