What this Job Entails: The Project & Program Management II role is an on-site role responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of data center projects from initiation to delivery. Projects often involve network, server, or software implementation, upgrades and deployment. The role coordinates all implementation processes including asset management, resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints. Projects may vary in number, size and complexity. **This role is on site 5 days a week M-F** Your Roles and Responsibilities: Coordinate & schedule workforce for multiple vendors and multiple buildings, ensuring crews are deployed efficiently and site access/logistics are aligned. Own daily production reports, completion rates and progress against project milestones. Perform on-site inspections of completed work, document deficiencies or non-conformances, and drive resolution with vendor teams to uphold project standards.
