This role also drives program enablement and continuous improvement through process development, automation, AI-assisted solutions, knowledge management, and standardized documentation to improve efficiency, visibility, and scalability across programs.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Planning & InitiationDevelop comprehensive project charters, scope documents, and resource plans.\nConduct feasibility studies, stakeholder analyses, and risk assessments to determine project viability.\nPrepare detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans.\n\n Execution & LeadershipLead multidisciplinary teams, assigning tasks, managing workloads, and monitoring performance.\nUse project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) to track milestones, tasks, and deliverables.\nEnsure timely and accurate communication of project status, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders.\n\nRisk Management & Problem-SolvingIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies early in the project lifecycle.\nProactively address challenges and resolve issues, escalations, and conflicts in a timely manner.\nUtilize quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes.\n\nBudget & Resource ManagementOversee project budgets, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and reporting on variances.\nNegotiate and coordinate contracts with vendors and third-party service providers where applicable.\nOptimize resource allocation and capacity planning to deliver projects on time and within budget.\n\nStakeholder Engagement & CommunicationEstablish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.\nFacilitate regular project status meetings, presentations, and executive briefings.\nManage change requests and ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and costs.\n\nContinuous ImprovementConduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and best practices.\nShare knowledge and mentor junior project managers, promoting consistent project management standards.\nStay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n Technical & Professional SkillsExpert knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).\nProficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).\nFamiliarity with LLM platforms and agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude, GPT-4, Gemini) and hands-on experience using next-generation AI agent frameworks/tools to automate workflows, orchestrate multi-step tasks, and integrate with internal/external systems.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex project challenges.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\nLeadership & Interpersonal SkillsProven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.\nOutstanding facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.\nDemonstrated success in managing competing priorities, deadlines, and budgets.\n\nIndustry Experience5-8 years years of progressive experience in project management, program management, infrastructure deployment, operations, or a related field within industries such as IT, Network Infrastructure, or Engineering.\nExperience managing enterprise-level projects with multiple stakeholders and large budgets (e.g., $1M+).\nFamiliarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the specific industry (ISO27001, SOC2, etc.)\n\nEducation & Certifications\nBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.\n Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a similar discipline is highly desirable.\n Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification (or relevant certification) is strongly preferred.\nAdditional Requirements\nAbility to travel (up to 10-25%) to client sites or other company locations as needed.\nFlexibility to work extended hours or weekends when project timelines require.\nStrong commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and collaborative work environment.\nSalary Range\n$92,880.00 - $154,800.00 USD (Salary)Please note that the salary information provided herein is base pay only (gross); it does not include other forms of compensation which may or may not apply to this specific position, namely, performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives - none of which are guaranteed, may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, and are wholly within the discretion of Astreya to remit.\nFurther, the salary information noted above is a range that consists of a minimum and maximum rate of pay for this specific position.
