Requires full knowledge of the area of functional responsibility.\n\nYour Roles and Responsibilities:\nOversees multiple, cross-functional and technical projects.\n\nCollaborate with Astreya team members, leaders and individual contributors, as well as collaborate with customer business stakeholders.\n\nAlign with the internal Astreya team and customer stakeholders on priorities and service improvement timelines.\n\nStructure and drive project planning and schedules, define what project success would look like and drive execution to meet milestones and organizational objectives.\n\nOwn all program reporting and metrics delivery.\n\nCollaborate with the Astreya and the customer to develop and maintain service reporting dashboards.\n\nSupervise a diverse group of employees\n\nConduct personnel on-boarding, training, and service improvement activities, ensuring systems, methodologies, and procedures are in place\n\nWork closely with Talent Acquisition Teams to screen candidates\n\nCollaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and drive solutions with all internal and external stakeholders through all stages of assigned projects from the roadmap\n\nDevelop and maintain resources through coaching and guidance to understand career projection and build a succession plan for future career growth opportunities.\n\nA portion of time is normally spent performing individual tasks related to the unit or sub-unit.\n\nOther duties as required. This list is not meant to be a comprehensive inventory of all responsibilities assigned to this position\n\nRequired Qualifications/Skills:\nBachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 5 to 8 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience\n\nProvides immediate supervision to a unit or group of employees, assigning tasks, checking work at frequent intervals, and maintaining schedules.\n\nExperience in program/project management.\n\nExperience working with teams and other cross-functional stakeholders.\n\nExperience in an Engineering or Technical role, delivering privacy and/or security solutions.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nSecurity experience, particularly in either system management, OS hardening, or network security concepts (segmentation, protocols used for layering security capabilities).\n\nUnderstanding of attacker trends/pen testing/breach investigation experience.\n\nExperience with data loss prevention, data protection, threat modeling and/or experience with incident or emergency response.\n\nExperience leading security risk mitigation, technical risk assessment, and integration projects, building key privacy and security engineering principles into non-standard infrastructure.\n\nPhysical Demand & Work Environment:\nMust have the ability to perform office-related tasks which may include prolonged sitting or standing\n\nMust have the ability to move from place to place within an office environment\n\nMust be able to use a computer\n\nMust have the ability to communicate effectively\n\nSome positions may require occasional repetitive motion or movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers\n\nSalary Range\n$85,120.00 - $134,400.00 USD (Salary)Please note that the salary information provided herein is base pay only (gross); it does not include other forms of compensation which may or may not apply to this specific position, namely, performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives - none of which are guaranteed, may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, and are wholly within the discretion of Astreya to remit.\nFurther, the salary information noted above is a range that consists of a minimum and maximum rate of pay for this specific position.
