Verify accurate deliveries against hardware return requests while looking for damages, shortages, wrong items and other concerns; notify the appropriate person or vendor.\nLoad and unload shipments; loading dock duties as assigned.\nMaintain inventory records; assess department or warehouse needs and order supplies as appropriate; maintain stock records.\nUnbox, stock inventory on shelves, break down packing materials.\nAssist in inventory procedures including the actual total count of stock items and spot check as needed.\nPerform cleanup duties to maintain the warehouse in a safe and orderly manner.\nContribute to large scale global projects as needed.\nHardware data destruction and collection for e-recycle.\nHardware sanitization and quality checks to ensure hardware reliability and reuse.\nCoordination with Third party vendors for executing collection and recycling activities.\nOther duties as required. This list is not meant to be a comprehensive inventory of all responsibilities assigned to this position.\nRequired Qualifications/Skills:\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2+ years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nHigh attention to detail and ability to follow other technicians’ direction to ensure quality.\nEffectively utilize ticket, inventory, and dispatch management systems.\nDetermines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel.\nNetworks with key contacts outside one’s own area of expertise.\nProven ability to adapt to changing priorities, conditions, and circumstances while ensuring important deadlines are met.\nStrong organizational skills including effective record-keeping and maintenance techniques.\nBasic knowledge of computer hardware with the ability to learn new software.\nProficiency working with standard desktop PC tools and applications, such as MS Office, MS Outlook, web browsers, etc.\nIf applicable at site, ability to operate material handling equipment - pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) is a plus.\nUnderstands policies and objectives of the assigned program and corresponding activities.\nKnowledge of health and safety regulations.\nProficient English communication in terms of speaking,writing and reading.\nSalary Range\n$0.00 - $0.00 USD (Salary)Please note that the salary information provided herein is base pay only (gross); it does not include other forms of compensation which may or may not apply to this specific position, namely, performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives - none of which are guaranteed, may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, and are wholly within the discretion of Astreya to remit.\nFurther, the salary information noted above is a range that consists of a minimum and maximum rate of pay for this specific position.
