Required Qualifications:\n5+ years experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise-scale Agile delivery.\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA implementation or major ERP platforms (SAP ECC, Oracle, Workday, etc.).\nStrong understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid delivery models in a structured environment.\nFamiliarity with SAP Activate methodology and traditional SAP project phases.\nExperience in scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe) and managing cross-team dependencies.\nExcellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.\nMust be proficient in Jira and proficient in other tools such as Confluence, MS Project, or equivalents\nSalary Range\n$85,120.00 - $134,400.00 USD (Salary)Please note that the salary information provided herein is base pay only (gross); it does not include other forms of compensation which may or may not apply to this specific position, namely, performance-based bonuses, benefits-related payments, or other general incentives - none of which are guaranteed, may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, and are wholly within the discretion of Astreya to remit.\nFurther, the salary information noted above is a range that consists of a minimum and maximum rate of pay for this specific position.
